big79 Terms & Conditions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned below whenever they appear in this Agreement:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. big79 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is designed for and directed at players who are resident in Indonesia. If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, you are not permitted to register or play. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.

2.3 Single Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

2.4 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering into binding agreements are not permitted to use the Platform.

2.5 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of big79 or any of its affiliates, technology providers, or game suppliers are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in any real-money game or promotion on the Platform.

3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money services on the Platform, you must complete the registration form at big79.club, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact method. Submission of false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure.

3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. big79 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any channel other than the official login interface. You must notify big79 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.3 KYC Verification. big79 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, or at any other time at big79's discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include:

• A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
• A valid Indonesian passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months, confirming your residential address
• A selfie photograph holding the identity document, as directed by the big79 support team

3.4 Account Security. big79 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity carried out using valid Account credentials will be treated as authorized activity, whether or not you personally initiated it, until you notify big79 of a suspected breach.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. big79 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are settled in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). big79 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign-currency transfers, or third-party payment processors not listed herein.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are published on the Platform's banking page and may be updated periodically. Players are responsible for reviewing current limits before initiating any transaction. big79 reserves the right to impose maximum transaction limits on individual Accounts based on account status and verification level.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified Accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes during standard operating hours. big79 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by banking system outages, public holidays, or circumstances outside big79's reasonable control. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment instruments registered in the Account holder's own name.

4.4 Source of Funds. By depositing funds, you warrant that the funds originate from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. big79 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks and to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory confirmation of fund source where circumstances warrant.

4.5 Deposit Fees. big79 does not currently charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which big79 accepts no responsibility.

4.6 Dormant Account Funds. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. big79 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Account balances, details of which will be communicated to the Account holder prior to imposition.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by big79 are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits that are published alongside each individual offer. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to the specific terms of each promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Wagering Requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount awarded unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Only real-money wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements; wagers placed with Bonus funds on excluded games do not count.

5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be claimed per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to circumvent this restriction — including by registering additional Accounts — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in permanent Account suspension.

5.4 Abuse and Exploitation. big79 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence that a Player has exploited a bonus in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance.

5.5 Expiry. All bonuses have a validity period as stated in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds and incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry of the stated period. big79 will not reinstate expired bonuses.

6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the Platform — including RNG slot titles, live casino tables, sportsbook markets, roulette, and esports betting — operate under certified random number generation or independently verified live-dealer procedures. big79 publishes verified return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games and maintains transparent house-edge disclosures for all table games.

6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game or technical malfunction, the affected round or bet will be declared void and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account. big79 accepts no liability for winnings that would have resulted from a bet placed during a period of verified system malfunction.

6.3 Sportsbook Settlement. Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; AFF for the Piala AFF; MPL Indonesia for Mobile Legends; and so forth). In the event of a result dispute or official revision, big79 reserves the right to re-settle affected bets in line with the final official outcome.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within the game interface or market listing. big79 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

6.5 Disconnection During Play. Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection. If a disconnection occurs during a live game round, the round will be resolved according to the game engine's auto-resolution logic. big79 is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity failures.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances, with no obligation on big79 to return funds involved in or derived from the prohibited activity:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing chips or funds to another player in poker or any other game for the purpose of transferring balance between accounts.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, where big79 determines this activity to be systematic.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform in any manner intended to conceal, transfer, or legitimize funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback through your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of any deposit made to your big79 Account without first engaging big79's support team.
• Impersonation: Registering an Account or playing under the identity, name, payment method, or credentials of another person.
• System Exploitation: Identifying and deliberately exploiting glitches, software errors, or pricing errors in games or markets to extract value that would not arise under normal operating conditions.

8.1 big79 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described therein.

8.2 big79 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, bcrypt password hashing with individual salts, and access-controlled server environments to protect your personal and financial information.

8.3 big79 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud-detection partners, and regulatory authorities strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

9.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the big79 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of big79 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content.

9.3 Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) is governed by those studios' own licensing terms in addition to this Agreement.

10.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, big79 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 big79 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, even if big79 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 big79's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 big79 is not liable for failures or delays in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications outages, bank system failures, government actions, natural disasters, or civil disturbances.

11.1 Closure by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting the big79 support team. Prior to closure, any pending wagers will be settled and any withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure does not cancel obligations already incurred under this Agreement.

11.2 Closure by big79. big79 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where big79 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• The Account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity;
• Continuation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to big79;
• The Account holder has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

11.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, any bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are immediately forfeited. Withdrawable real-money balances will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and fraud checks.

12.1 big79 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools — including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — directly accessible within every member's Account dashboard.

12.3 big79 strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Any Account found to be held by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated balances forfeited.

13.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms.

13.2 In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact the big79 support team to seek an informal resolution. big79 will endeavor to respond to and resolve all formal complaints within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

13.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.

14.1 big79 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

14.3 The most current version of this Agreement is always available at https://big79.club/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.
